Do I need to know anything about websites? ▼
Not at all. I handle everything technical. You just need to tell me about your business, send me some photos and text, and I'll take care of the rest. I'll also walk you through how to reach me for future updates.
Why is hosting free? Is there a catch? ▼
No catch. Static websites can be hosted for free on platforms like GitHub Pages and Netlify. There's no database or server-side code, so these platforms provide free hosting. The only potential cost is a custom domain name (optional) — around ₱800–₱1,200 per year, paid directly to a registrar like Namecheap.
What if I want to update my menu or prices later? ▼
For the first 30 days after launch, minor text and photo updates are free. After that, updates are available at a small flat rate. You can reach me anytime via Messenger or email.
Can you add online ordering or an appointment booking system? ▼
JCMD currently builds static websites — no complex backend features like live ordering or payment processing. However, I can add simple solutions like a contact form that emails you directly, a "Call to Order" button, or a Messenger chat link. For most small businesses, this covers the need well.
How do payments work? ▼
50% downpayment to start, 50% upon your approval of the final site. Payment via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. Nothing is collected until we've agreed on the scope and you're comfortable moving forward.
Are you based in Calamba? Can we meet in person? ▼
Yes — I'm based in Purok 4, Asia 2, Brgy. Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna. I'm happy to meet clients in Calamba and nearby areas (Los Baños, Sta. Rosa, Biñan, San Pedro). For farther clients, everything can be done through Messenger or email.
